If you like Theme Parks and would like to be part of an award-winning global team, come help us [please apply online] LLC is looking for an Account Manager who is responsible for assisting all the client needs and maintaining a strong business relationship.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for handling inquiries and requests from customers and addressing their concerns.
Clearly communicate with the clients on the progress of the projects that are working on.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of products based on client needs by communicating with our China PM and factory on shipping dates.
Develop new projects with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement.
Work closely with the accounting team to quote the unit price that is within our gross margin and client points.
Distribute projects within our PM and ensure the number of their projects is within their capacity.
Assist and give directions to Project Managers.
Awareness of other Account Manager’s actual sales reports for precise monitoring of orders.
Keep track of warehouse inventory and maintains records for accuracy.
Point of contact for the defect status and ensuring that is managed effectively as possible.
Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters.
Improve company processes by listing areas of improvement and sharing them with leadership.
